The refinance transactions are for either: change in rate/term, cash-out and/or debt consolidation (for the above type of properties).

The first step on applying for a mortgage loan is the review of consumer credit, we provide a free review of consumer credit analysis and may suggest ways on which you can improve your credit so that you can get a better rate for a mortgage.
This will be very useful for you, whether you decide or not to go ahead with your mortgage transaction.

We choose lenders and bank partners that we see fit to work best with us. All of our lenders are prime lenders in the industry.
When you submit a mortgage application to us, we submit your application to a lender or a bank involved in the wholesale mortgage division.

Other People we work with:
We work with Credit Agencies, Appraisals, Realtors, Insurance, Title and Escrow Offices, that are most times needed for you to obtain a mortgage transaction.
