30 YR Fixed Mortgage

This is the most common mortgage product, it’s a loan that is amortized over 30 years; after the 30 year period is ended, the loan is paid in full and no more payments will be needed.

We have this product in 3 categories according to loan size:

Conforming Loans (less than 417,000)
Super Conforming ( > 417,000 & < 506,000)
Jumbos Loans (over 506,000)

15 YR Fixed Mortgage

This is our 2nd most common mortgage product, it is a loan that its amortized over 15 years; after the 15 year period, the loan is paid off in full, and no more payments will be needed.

We have this product in 3 categories according to loan size:

Conforming Loans (less than 417,000)
Super Conforming ( > 417,000 & < 506,000)
Jumbos Loans (over 506,000)

Other Mortgages

We have other programs available, however these are not as common, such as:25 YR Fixed, 20 YR Fixed, 10 YR Fixed and 5 YR LIBOR ARM.
